Use The Law of Attraction

Wednesday, July 30th, 2008

The Law of Attraction is not something you’re going to instantly understand, it takes a bit of practice. Once you learn the tools to apply The Law of Attraction, you need to practice and use them consistently. You must challenge your very thought process.

“What ever your mind can conceive it can also achieve” – W. Clement Stone

If you don’t believe that quote, then you are making your reality exactly that. You are making your reality mean that you cannot achieve the very things that you believe. If you believe you can’t become a success – then you’ve just sealed your fate. YOU have to be your #1 fan.

Confused?

Let’s put it in another form. If you believe you have a great idea to succeed in a new business, but fear that you’re going to fail, then guess what? You – are – going – to – fail! Your fears become your beliefs. Your beliefs affect the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction says if you believe, if you feel so passionately about something, you will attract it.

If you believe that you’ll be late for work, and you focus all of your mental energy on thoughts related to being late for work, guess what? You are going to be late for work! It might sound silly at first, but everyone has been guilty of focusing their thoughts and energy on negative things. Do you want to continue doing that?

But even focusing on “I don’t want to be late for work”, or “I hope I don’t fail”, is attracting exactly that. The universe doesn’t care whether you want it or not, it’s the fact that you’re focusing on it that brings it about.

“Whether you think you CAN or your CAN’T, either way you’re right” – Henry Ford

Raising Your Vibration With The Law of Attraction

Saturday, January 19th, 2008

We are beings made of pure energy, living in a world composed only of pure vibrating energy.  Quantum physics tends to point to the likelihood that we are living in a giant hazy wave of all-possibilities-at-once, which collapses into a solid state that echoes our thoughts, beliefs, and expectations as observers.

By learning to raise our vibrations and keep them high, we will naturally experience a much more pleasant reality.  Let’s look at how to raise your vibrations so that the physical world that forms around you will mirror a high-frequency, loving possibility.

Depending on your rate of vibration, you will experience very different “versions” of your reality.  If you are vibrating at a lower rate, the reality you experience will be of a lower vibrational nature, which is generally the same as saying unpleasant.

If you can learn to vibrate at a higher frequency, you will experience realities formed from this high-frequency fabric.  The higher the frequency, the nicer and smoother things will go for you, and the better your life will be.

So let’s start with our bodies.  What we eat has a profound effect on the vibrational rate of our bodies.  Meats and nasty, processed foods tend to lower vibration levels while healthier, vegetarian-based food causes your vibrational frequency to rise.

Secondly, your state of mind has a large impact on your overall vibration.  Light, happy, pleasant loving thoughts come from a high vibration, while negative, fear-based thoughts and feelings come from a lower vibration.  By learning to vibrate positive thoughts and emotions, you will naturally raise your own vibrations significantly.

If you can limit your food intake to healthy, organic foods most of the time and begin working on thinking positive thoughts more often, you will really get your vibration rising quickly.  This rise in vibration means that the circumstances you are attracting to yourself are going to be very positive and enjoyable.

Finally, you can consciously raise energy in a meditation.  While meditating, draw energy up from the base of your spine and/or down from the crown of your head into your navel.  The navel center is a large storage bin for energy, and by directing energy there, generally through visualization, you can actually pull energy into yourself.

As the navel overflows, it will fill the other storage centers around your body, and this will result in your feeling younger, more rested, and more vibrant.  Where do you think the term “vibrant” comes from?

These techniques will assist you in learning to raise your vibrations so that the reality that forms around you will be the one that you desire.

It Is Always Now, The Law of Attraction

Friday, January 18th, 2008

Ah, the moment of Now.  One of the trickiest subjects to write about, but one of the most inherently simple subjects to understand once you finally get a grasp on it.

When using the Law of Attraction, it is important to always keep the Now in mind, as the success or failure of your efforts may entirely depend upon the way in which you treat time in your mind.  Let’s look at how taking a proper view about the Now moment can help you in your manifesting efforts.

First and foremost, there is no past and there is no future.  What you remember as the past is merely a Now that is no more.  What you hope for in the future is merely a Now that is not happening at this moment.

Our existence as souls outside of physical reality is entirely in the Now moment.  From out there, right Now you can look into ancient history or the distant future of our planet.  It’s all available in the Now moment.

Try to conceptualize it this way.  Space is three-dimensional.  There’s up and down, left and right, and in and out.  Time is the fourth dimension of space, the one that allows movement within the other three dimensions.  This movement is always occurring only in the Now moment, and in fact all things exist in all places simultaneously.

As humans, we have wired ourselves into this complicated little machine known as a human body in this complicated little Matrix reality known as the space-time continuum.  In doing so, we limit our perceptual abilities to that which allows our body to cope with existing within this vast illusion.

Rule number one – you can’t perceive two things in the same place at the same time.  Rule number two – you are allowed to experience anything you desire simply by desiring it.  Rule number one is basic physical law, and number two is the Law of Attraction.  One is static, two is dynamic.

So, the human mind takes the infinite hazy-wave probability inherent in the Now moment and creates a straight line that is designated as “Time”.  Experience moves along this line, allowing movement within the three dimensions without violating rule 1.  However, due to the culture in which we are raised, we come to believe that this “past” and “future”, which are merely tools by which to discuss events that previously or hopefully transpire(d) in the Now, are actual, real entities.

You can not “travel to the past”.  You can however instantly change your perception of the Now moment to mirror a Now moment that you experienced previously.  We’re certainly not going to get into time travel here, so let’s get back on track.

This is why you must always visualize your desire as having manifested Now, as already being so.  Otherwise, you cause your manifestation to occur in a portion of the Now that your human brain has designated as the “Future”.  The future never comes, so you will not see that manifestation.

By simply always visualizing your desire as existing in your current Now moment, you will attract it into your current Now moment.  There, now you understand the reasons behind that rule.

If you don’t yet have a grasp on the Now thing, don’t worry, it takes awhile to get.  It’s so incredibly simple, it’s difficult to grasp.  Play with the idea though – stop and immerse your senses.  Really take in everything around you, by sight, sound, smell, taste and touch.

Feel how alive and vibrant this very moment is.  This very moment is all that there is, all that there ever was, and all there will ever be.  Learn to consciously create this moment and enjoy the benefits for the rest of your life.

How To Best Start Using The Law of Attraction

Friday, January 11th, 2008

If you have been hearing about or researching the Law of Attraction, you are probably getting pretty excited about putting it to use.  But how do you use it?

There are many things you can do, but let’s look at the primary exercise used to manifest desires using the Law of Attraction.  This exercise, or technique, is called Visualization.

The term “visualization” is widely misunderstood in the mass culture, especially in New Age culture.  There are some people who are able to view a true picture or movie in their mind’s eye, as real as your normal vision is to you.

Because of these few prodigies, the rest of us have become confused.  The simple fact is that visualization is nothing more than focused daydreaming.  That’s right; purposefully using your imagination is what “visualization” is.

To visualize, set aside a time each day where you can be alone an undisturbed.  A nice bath is a good place, or finding a quiet room will work just fine.  Get settled, and begin relaxing in whatever way you normally use.  You want to unwind a little; get the mental chatter to calm down a bit.

When you are ready, begin imagining the object of your desire.  Make sure you include yourself in your mental picture, and also be sure to imagine your desire in the present tense, as though it has already manifested.  If you imagine having something in the future, that something will always remain in your future.  The only true moment in time is the living moment of Now.

Spend as much time as you can in this day dream.  Anything that brings up emotion is great – excitement, happiness… all emotions will help put more energy into your desire’s manifestation.  When you begin to get bored, stop.  This may be 5 minutes in; it may be 50 minutes in.  But you’ll know when it’s time to end.  Then resume your daily activities.

Do this once each day or at least two or three times each week, and be patient the first time.  You will likely have to overcome some subconscious, deeply seated beliefs.  When you do begin succeeding in manifesting your desires, your belief and faith in the process will make exponential strides and you will begin manifesting things more quickly and easily.

Be patient with yourself and always keep a spirit of playfulness when “working” with the Law of Attraction.

Jobs And The Law of Attraction

Tuesday, January 8th, 2008

Your job will occupy a large amount of time in your life.  Finding the right balance between work and play is essential to the physical, emotional and mental well-being of every person.  Too much work and Jack becomes a dull boy.

Too much play and Jack becomes a fool.  Luckily, using the Law of Attraction, you can attract the job of your dreams which perfectly fits into your life and chosen lifestyle.

Determine what it is that you would love to do in life, every day.  What is your passion?  If you can answer that, you are ahead of at least 50% of the rest of the world!  Try to figure out what it is you would enjoy doing with your time.  This will be the focus of your visualization exercises.

Now when you begin to visualize, make sure to include yourself.  Visualize yourself enjoying your dream job.  Let’s be honest, it’s probably not working for the man, right?  Picture yourself sitting at home leisurely sipping coffee and working on something.

Feel the relaxing vibe of the scene – you are not stressed!  You are not exhausted.  You are well rested and working because you want to, not because you have to.

Of course, if your aspiration is a typical day job (at least give yourself a huge raise!), then imagine the type of company you would enjoy working for.  Picture the job you would like to be doing, and then visualize yourself doing it.

Be sure to surround yourself in your visualization with people you enjoy working with.  If you like the people you work with, even the worst job becomes tolerable.  But if you already like your job, and you like the people, then you won’t even feel like you’re working.

If you get a job interview, be sure to prepare yourself by visualizing a positive interview and a positive outcome for several minutes each day leading up to the actual interview.  Be ready and prepared, and you will ease through the interview without feeling the least bit anxious.  This is your job – you have attracted it!  Feel confident.

Again, if your ideal job is to work at home for yourself, then you will begin attracting opportunities that may lead you in that direction.  If you don’t feel completely comfortable abandoning your day job yet, that’s fine.

Just find extra time to begin working on your own stuff, and allow it to begin making your income.  When the time comes to leave your day job, you will know.  You will be confident and excited to go.

Congratulations, you have manifested your ideal job!
