Turning Anger And Pain Into Constructive Attraction

Saturday, January 26th, 2008

Anger is a powerful emotion.  It can overtake us when it happens, but more often than not we feel angry but don’t lose control.  Because of the power of this emotion, it can be used for manifesting your desires.

Believe it or not, anger is actually one of the best emotions for doing so, if you can harness it and focus it for just a moment or two.

But first, you’ll need to get control of your anger.  When you are angry, you are working from the point of view of your ego.  You feel wronged.  You want vengeance.  But what if you attempted to view your anger as merely another tool in your quest for your ideal life?  Maybe learning to control it would be well worth while.

Obviously, having scheduled anger visualization sessions isn’t practical or recommended.  However, when you encounter a situation throughout your daily life in which you become angry, try this.  Whatever it is that you have been working to manifest, immediately visualize it in your mind.

See it exactly as you did last time you worked on it during your normal routine visualization sessions.  Let your anger be there, and feel it, but do not direct your thoughts in angry directions.  Direct your thoughts to your visualization.

The desire you are imagining obtaining will be infused with the anger you are feeling, lending powerful emotional energy to it.  So long as you do not put anything angry into your mental picture, two things will happen.  One, you will have added strong emotions to the energy working to manifest your desire.

Two, after a moment of visualizing your desire again, the state of relaxation you are used to visualizing in will reclaim your emotions.  The anger will seep away and you will feel very relaxed and calm again.

In this way you can not only redirect your anger for positive purposes within your daily life, but you can also rid yourself of angry feelings when they arise.  That’s two major birds with one stone!

Make sure that in your next regular visualization session, any residual anger that has hung around with your energy is immediately dissipated.  It’s possible that upon reentering your visualization you will sense a little anger in the background.  The emotion is great for raw power, but you do not ultimately want to taint your desire with negativity.

Take a moment just to smooth things back out and then continue visualizing.  This powerful technique can save you time in manifesting, and assist you in releasing anger when it happens.
