Vibrate With Abundance: The Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction is all about learning to vibrate your physical, emotional, and mental energy in tune with your desires in order to attract and manifest them into your life.

The most common method of doing this is by using focused visualization sessions, but there is more that you can do.  Especially in attracting abundance into all areas of your life, you should make an effort to begin vibrating abundance at all times.

This is not as difficult as it sounds.  It only takes practice.  Start by creating some type of reminder, be it your Outlook calendar, a wristwatch alarm, a cell phone reminder, or whatever means you have at your disposal, and have it fire off several times each day.  This alarm should remind you to stop what you are doing for a few moments and center yourself back into an abundance mindset.

If you can make a habit of doing this several times each day, before long you will no longer need the reminder.  You will become more and more abundance-minded, and your thoughts, words and actions will reflect your decision to vibrate abundance.

If you catch yourself becoming overly stressed, tired, or negative, attempt to readjust your energy.  You can use music, or take some deep breaths, in order to center yourself again.

The more you get into the habit of positive thinking and feeling, the more positive circumstances will permeate your daily life.  The more you are able to vibrate abundance through your thoughts, feelings, and words, the more your life will begin to reflect abundance in many different ways.

Finally, for your visualization exercises, work on becoming abundant in specific areas of your life.  You can choose financial abundance, an abundance of excitement, an abundance of friends… anything that brings more abundance into a specific area of your life.  After a week or two, switch up and pick another subject.  The point is to keep abundance in mind and continue vibrating daily.

It can be helpful to work with another person, especially a spouse.  You can combine your efforts, which will more than double the energy being put toward your desired area of abundance.  This is a very powerful tactic, used by many spiritual traditions and by almost all religions.  Multiple people + focused, concentrated energy and thought = powerful, rapid manifestation.

The main point is that no matter how you choose to approach attracting abundance, you remain consistent with your work.  Once you get energy moving in the right direction, it will all be worth it!

Abundance For All With The Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction is a force that is at work for every one of us at all times.  It works regardless of who is using it, for what purpose they are using it, or even whether they realize that they are using it.

Everything that has occurred, is occurring, or will occur occurs because of the Law of Attraction.  This makes it important to learn how to use this powerful Law in order to attract the things that each of us want into our lives.  The birth right of every human born onto this earth is abundance.  So how do we go about attracting abundance?

First of all, it is very important to understand this: there is no lack in the universe.  Yet look around, and you will see apparent lack everywhere.  Lack of money, lack of food, lack of time, lack of sleep, lack of friends… the list goes on and on.  However, all lack is merely the manifestation of what a person is thinking and feeling, and all lack can be done away with by simply learning to think predominantly abundant thoughts.

Start by surrounding yourself with images of the things that you would love to have in your life.  You can use a manifestation poster to put together a collage of pictures.  Use pictures of things such as your dream house, ideal car, new computer, etc, taken from magazines.  Hang your poster up where you can see it every day.

Use visualization to imagine having all of the things that you want.  Sit back in a nice relaxing bubble bath, close your eyes, and just imagine being in your dream house, doing whatever you want, surrounded by all of the things that you want in life.  Do this each day when you bathe or shower.  Make it a routine.

Abundance can mean many things.  You can have an abundance of money, an abundance of love, an abundance of possessions, an abundance of friends, or even an abundance of time!  Work on creating an attitude of abundance in everything that you do.

Do not allow yourself to feel, “oh, I’m just fooling myself.”  Instead, really start to act and feel as though you are the wealthiest individual in the world in every way possible.  This confidence and thought pattern will attract to you the things that you want.

Determine what abundance means to you specifically, and set goals to go from where you are to where you want to be.  You can choose to focus your visualization exercises on romance, on financial endeavors, on attracting friends, or on anything else you want to pull into your life.

Remain aware when you go about your daily routine, and keep an eye out for the people you are attracting, or the opportunities you’re attracting.

Finally, when you achieve success in one area, find another and begin work.  You will be spiraling upwards out of your current habitual state of mind and into the mindset of abundance.  From this mindset, you can manifest all of the abundance you could ever want.

How To Start Believing In Your Abundance!

Do you believe you deserve great abundance?  Do you believe you can have it in your life?

Most of us would like to believe that, but at the same time we have a niggling little voice in the back of our minds that jeers at us:  “Ha!  Who do you think you’re kidding?  You know you don’t deserve to be wealthy and happy.  You’re not one of the lucky ones and you know it.  Just give it up.  You are doomed to live a mediocre life.  Accept it.”

This little voice is usually the result of early programming and negative reinforcement we experience during times of difficulty.  It’s bad enough that this negative voice takes up residence in our minds in the first place, but much worse is that we begin to believe what it says!  We end up sabotaging any efforts we make to live a more abundant life.

If this sounds all too familiar to you, it’s possible you are blocking abundance from entering your life.  Dissolving these inner blockages may take some effort on your part, but it is time well-spent!

Before we go into the steps for doing that, keep in mind three things about this negative voice:

• It is replaying things that people in your life have communicated to you in the past.
• It is replaying things you have said to yourself in the past.
• You do not have to believe these things if you don’t want to!

Here’s how to turn that negative voice into a positive, supporting voice:

Begin speaking kindly and lovingly to yourself.

Remember, that little voice in your head will keep repeating what you consistently tell it.  In the past you may have been harsh on yourself when you failed at something or didn’t follow through with goals you set.  Recording over that negative voice with more positive messages is very simple – just keep speaking kindly and lovingly to yourself as often as possible!  In time, the tone of that mental voice will begin to change.

Celebrate your achievements.

If you believe that nothing you do is ever good enough, begin making it a priority to celebrate everything you do.  Even the tiniest accomplishment should be cause for celebration.  Pat yourself on the back, congratulate yourself, and most importantly feel GOOD about who you are and what you do.  Keep striving to do better, but also give yourself some recognition for even trying!

Believe that abundance is your birthright.

Keep affirming that you do deserve an abundant, happy life.  Expect abundance and goodness in all forms.  Say things like this, “I just know I’m meant to live a powerful life.  I believe I have the strength and ability to make my life into anything I want it to be.”  If you know you deserve abundance, expect abundance always, and allow yourself to open to abundance – you get abundance!

Remember that it will probably take time to notice obvious results.  Keep doing the steps as often as you can, and before long you should find yourself feeling lighter and happier, AND attracting ever-increasing amounts of abundance into your life.

What Is Real Abundance?

Competition for any reason other than mutual pleasure is totally unnecessary. Despite all seeming evidence to the contrary, there really is enough of everything for everyone.

Really…

The world is infinitely abundant. And just because you don’t have something it doesn’t mean it’s not already yours if you want it.

On a socio-political level we’ve heard it often said, for example, that there’s no need for world hunger because there’s enough food for every person alive; it’s just not being distributed evenly. Well, on a deeper, underlying level, there is enough joy, pleasure, and fulfillment for everyone too; everyone’s just not accessing it yet.

The problems of scarcity and lack that we face is a problem of abundance. Everything is made of the same essential stuff and that stuff – call  it Life Force, call it Source Energy, call it God’s will or grace – is everywhere.

It’s boundless and limitless and always available. It never runs out, and when you draw from it to fulfill your desires, you’re not taking any of it away from someone else. Having all that you ever want in life does not deny anyone else from having the same.

On a physical level all appearances may seem to prove that the differences between the Haves and Have Nots is a matter of the uneven distribution of wealth. And on that level it may be, depending on what you value Having; proof-positive of that being the timeless preponderance of unhappy rich people and happy beggars.

There are many other reasons for scarcity and lack, for disappointment, and pain, and heartache – but a shortage of resources is not one of them.

You never question whether or not the totality of good health should be made available to you. You don’t worry that by being in perfect health you deprive somebody else of theirs? So why think you must deprive yourself of anything. You may choose to give for the joy of giving, but that’s not the same thing.

You can’t give away anything you don’t already have. What we’re disputing here is the resistance to even allowing yourself to have something to give in the first place.

The energy that gives form to everything, Life Force, God, the Source of the realization of all our deepest desires and fondest dreams, is a wellspring, and no matter how much we drink from it, it is always replenished. So drink, drink.
