Life and death are two sides of the same coin. While we as humans have embraced life as a gift, we seem unable to accept death as a part of life. While there is nothing wrong with living life to the fullest, we should learn to embrace death as well. Death is not the end of our existence.
Even religions and cultures that believe in the after-life haven’t been able to remove the fear of death from the hearts of their people. We all still want to live forever. The body that we carry around is mortal and is prone to various diseases and ailments. What’s more, the amount of negative thoughts and feelings we generate throughout our life attracts such problems in our health.
The minute we fall sick, whether by cold or by heart attack, we fall into a depression. We slow down and begin hating life. Our anger and irritation increase and we pass it on to those around us. Most of us ask the question “why me?”
The answer is that you asked for it. The pollution caused by us is causing our bodies many problems. Our carelessness and obstinacy is the reason for most of our ailments. Some of us smoke and drink and take drugs and when they have a body part which is not working we say “why me?”
It’s a pity that sometimes little kids and newborn babies have deadly and killer diseases. This happens either because of our deeds or our thoughts. The world is filled with sick people. Everyone is taking some kind of medicine or other for their various ailments. We never look after the health of our minds. Sickness and ill health always begin in our minds.
‘If I play in the water I will fall sick.’ This is what we think. Instead, we must think ‘if I play in water I will have a nice time.’ Positive thinking followed by positive deeds will ensure good health and long life. Most of us are so stressed out in today’s world that we hardly ever smile.
Men and women are chasing money and in return are easily getting stressed out and having nervous breakdown. Most diseases have psychological origins. This where the Law of Attraction walks into our lives and tell us repeatedly to throw away the stress and have a hearty laugh. If you laugh, you will make some others laugh, some others smile and some others forget what they were stressed about. The power of one’s happiness and good health is such that it can drag the sickest people right out of their beds and take them back to good health and a happy life.
The mind is like a wild horse and has to be trained. Horses have to wear blinders to stay on course. We too must wear mental blinders. They must block away all our tensions, worries, ailments, etc. We must only focus on our good health and happy thoughts and move forward in life.
You will be sick only so long as you and others around you believe you are. People travel from all corners of the world to meet various religious leaders for healing. It is the belief of the religious leader that you are well which makes you forget your sickness and walk out healthy again.
It’s his positivism and good health which attracts you to forget the sickness and grab good health with both your hands. Instead of placing that power in the hands of others, why not take control of it yourself?

How To Break Through Your Emotional Blocks
All of us, at one time or another, have dealt with some form of emotional blockage. Most emotional blocks are the result of some type of crisis in our life.
When we feel unable to deal with a crisis, we are besieged by feelings of fear, anger, confusion, anxiety, guilt, or inadequacy. We lose our ability to think rationally about our problem and find a logical solution.
One way to begin working on blockages is to do some deep breathing. We don’t breathe the way we should – we generally take very shallow breaths. Breathe deeply, filling your lungs to the very bottom, and then release.
If you spend a few minutes doing this, it will calm you down, make you feel better (perhaps a little dizzy the first time you try – this is normal), help stop your mental chatter and begin bringing emotional blocks to the surface for you to deal with.
Our external environment is reflective of our internal environment. Look around your home. Is it neat? Sloppy? Chances are you have a lot of clutter. Our homes are filled with so many things that we really don’t need or even want. In the same way, our minds are filled with emotional clutter. There are so many bad and depressing thoughts that, for whatever reason, we have not let go of.
Understand, I don’t mean that you should dwell on past crises or traumas! Quite the opposite – you should acknowledge them, forgive the situations or people involved, and release the block. This will free up your energy, giving you more for your daily life and your Law of Attraction work.
If you dwell on the bad things in your past, guess what? You’re just attracting them again into your future. This is why clearing out blockages is so important. Get rid of anything negative and depressing. Fill your mind with new, refreshing, interesting and happy thoughts.
Those who have had happy pasts are far more likely to have happy futures. If you are not happy, you are likely clinging to events in the past that made you unhappy. This may not even be a conscious process. In fact, it’s almost surely not conscious or in any way intentional. However, in order to bring happiness into your present and keep happiness in your future, it is important to let go of the past.
It’s up to you to remove your emotional blockages. When you remove these blocks, you create a vacuum in your life that has the ability to suck in quickly whatever you are currently attracting. If you combine blockage release with Law of Attraction exercises, you will release a lot of negative feelings from your life while sucking your desires into manifestation.
If a stone in the road is blocking your path, you will either carry it and put it aside or you will roll it aside. If neither of these options are feasible, you will find a way around the stone. Likewise, some emotional blockages can be removed directly, while others need to be removed by finding away around them.
Deep breathing exercises are an excellent way to rid yourself of unwanted emotional blocks without having to be terribly active in the memory.
However you go about it, do work to free yourself of emotional garbage. Any drudgework in the short run will pay incredible dividends in the long run.
How To Attract A Great Business Team
A business team is a complex mix of high-achieving individuals with both technical and business skills. Great business teams achieve great things when faced with a challenge.
An invisible code of honor holds the team together. Many executives are finding it difficult to attract and keep the right business team. To attract the right business team through the Law of Attraction, executives and entrepreneurs should first know a little more about this Law.
A person attracts into their life whatever they give their attention, focus and energy to, whether the result is wanted or unwanted. This is the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction does not distinguish between whether or not you want something – it simply responds to the mood and feelings of a person and gives them more of it.
If a person wishes to attract more money, contracts, clients, referrals, business teams, business partners or anything else their heart desires, it is essential for them to understand the workings of this powerful Law of the universe.
The first step in attracting the right business team through the Law of Attraction is to know how to use the declarative statements. A declarative statement should be a positive statement of what a person wants to attract that elevates the mood and feeling of the team members.
To attract the right business team the entrepreneurs or the executives should be like living magnets. They should invariably attract the right team into their business. They should provide the right situation and circumstances that are in harmony with their dominant thoughts.
They should instill loyalty and confidence among their team members so that they stick together under pressure. They should eliminate stressful problems in the business. Business people should use friendship as a way to deal with the team members of the business. These are good qualities an executive should have in mind.
The business people should be deliberate in their intent. They should focus their attention on attracting the right business team. They can create what they focus their attention on. The flow of creativity should never be stopped. They should choose to think about experiencing a good business team rather than thinking thoughts about what they do not want in their business. In other words, create what you want purposefully and intentionally.
You can use the Law of Attraction to attract the right business team for your business at the right time in your life. By focusing on a good team for your business, you can attract teams that seem custom made for you and your business. Focus on attracting the right business team with high quality people. You cannot build a business team without people you can trust. Attracting and choosing the right business team is paramount to your ongoing and future success.
Spend time developing yourself before trying to attract the right business team. Develop your character, your leadership skills, work ethic, passion for the right business environment and a strong caring for those around you. This way you can attract the right business team with the passion and desire you have towards your business and educate and communicate what you have to offer.
Work on yourself and focus on your goals, and allow the Law to do the work of attracting the right kind of team for you. You should have an open mind towards seeing the positive results of your manifestation efforts.
Have a very specific business team in mind, or else you may end up with results you have not intended. Direct your positive energy to attract the business team you so badly need.
Anything You Want You Can Have!
The Law of Attraction states that you can attract your desires into your life. What is often understated is the fact that everything in your life was brought because of your unconscious use of the Law of Attraction.
That means everything good in your life, you already attracted successfully! Everything bad in your life, you also attracted. But don’t worry, this is good news! You can change your life by changing the way you attract on a daily basis.
The first thing to keep in mind is that the Law of Attraction works 100% of the time. It is operating always, and operates on every single thought, feeling, and desire that you have. So what becomes important is to learn to keep yourself in a state of purity. When you have a desire, take conscious notice of that desire.
Realize that you just magnetized it, simply by desiring it in the first place! Now instead of doing your usual mental chatter around it, release it and let it go. Get out of your own way, and the attraction of that desire will not be impeded.
Begin to notice your emotions throughout the day. Are you primarily positive? Negative? Neutral? If you are positive, then you are already in a great spot. The energy you vibrate most often is positive. I’m betting you have a pretty nice life, right? If you are vibrating negative energy a lot, I imagine you have lots of troubles. You may have stress, fear, and worry.
It’s ok, just recognize it and begin taking steps to change it. I’ll discuss how to do that in a moment. If you vibrate neutral energy most of the time, or kind of feel very even-tempered, then you are in a good position to begin vibrating more positive energy. At least you’re not shooting yourself in the foot!
To change from a predominantly negative pattern of thought to a positive pattern of thought, you need to being changing your negative thoughts when they occur. The way to do this is to begin noticing when you feel bad. If you are upset, angry, frustrated, sad, or stressed, you should stop for a moment and ask yourself, “What am I thinking?”
You will always find that your emotions come from your current thoughts. In fact, your emotions always arise from your thoughts, and you can control your emotions by learning to alter your thoughts. When you catch yourself in a negative pattern, stop and take some deep breaths.
If you can, play some music that makes you feel good. Or think about something you really enjoy doing or someone you really love and a special time you spent with them. Basically, distract your thoughts away from the negative and towards the positive. This will change your emotion very quickly to a positive feeling.
It may take a bit of work at first, but if you can learn to predominantly vibrate with positive energy, you will attract predominantly positive things and people into your life. There is no luck involved, there is no chance.
Everything in life is the way it is according to the Law of Attraction and each individual’s thinking processes. Take control of yours, and you can take control of your very life.
The Power of Laughter
Of all the tools that we as humans have at our disposal, perhaps one of the most important and powerful is the ability to laugh. Laughter can relieve stress, anger, sadness, and even hatred faster than anything else in the world. Laughter is very healing to the mind, emotions, and our bodies. Laughing can even boost our immune systems!
There is a lot of positive energy involved in laughter. This energy cleans and clears away physical and emotional tensions. A good laugh also allows us to stop our mental chatter, if only for a brief moment. In that sense, laughter itself is a form of meditation. Laughter brings people together and bonds them. But most importantly to us today, laughter can help when using the Law of Attraction.
You can get as goofy as you want when doing your visualization exercises. Adding silly, absurd things to your imaginings will help to anchor the desire in your subconscious. Most importantly, it will make you chuckle to yourself as you do your visualizations.
Those giggles and snickers will add energy to your manifestation, aiding in speedy success. The humor you add to your visualizations can be visual or situational, but make sure not to use anything that’s contrary to your desire. If you’re imagining absurdities in your dream house, it’s best not to imagine that dream house falling down, for instance.
Learn to cultivate a sense of humor about life and especially about yourself. The ability to laugh at yourself, especially in embarrassing or painful situations, is enormously beneficial in life. It can actually defuse embarrassment, minimize a situation in others’ minds, and remove any stress or emotional discomfort you would otherwise have felt. Laughter can brighten your day, and in fact brighten your entire world. Laughter truly is the best medicine.
If you just don’t seem to have a great sense of humor, don’t fear! You can cultivate a comedic mind easily. Saturate yourself for awhile in comedies. Read comedic plays, watch comedy movies, and see as many stand up acts as you can.
Not only will you enjoy the benefits of laughing at each of these, but before long your mind will suddenly begin delivering comedy to you throughout your day, sometimes even during the most mundane of activities! When you can entertain yourself, your life will be more fun.
Finally, laughter is a powerful healer, both for your mind and for your body. Laughter frees up your energy, loosens you up, and may assist you in the creative process.
Definitely integrate humor into your visualizations, as this will aid you in speedy manifestation. Make sure you integrate at least a little bit of humor into your life each day, and you will enjoy the many benefits of the powerful medicine of laughter.
